Yes. House 2 Home Inspections is fully insured and licensed in Illinois.
Are we certified?
All inspectors are certified RREI (Residential Real Estate Inspector) through the FREA (Federation of Real Estate Appraisers) organization, and state licensed by the Illinois State Office of Banks and Real Estate for home inspections.
Is Radon testing available?
Yes.
Do you do mold testing?
No, currently there is no certification for mold testing. If mold is observed during an inspection, it will be reported and then a mold inspection can be scheduled.
About how many inspections do we do per year? Estimated around 200 a year.
Where are you located? Do you cover the entire Chicago area?
We are located in the northwest suburbs. We serve the north, northwest and western suburbs, including Cook, Dupage, Kane, McHenry and Will Countys.
